<h1 style="color:#3f2a56"><strong>Mot de bienvenue</strong></h1><big>L’Accélérateur du numérique de l’EFPC est une expérience d’apprentissage transformatrice conçue pour les équipes de produit, y compris leurs dirigeants, qui souhaitent faire l’essai de méthodes plus collaboratives, plus ouvertes, plus centrées sur la personne et plus itératives pour définir les problèmes et trouver des solutions à l’ère du gouvernement moderne. Il combine des ateliers pratiques, de l’apprentissage entre pairs, de l’encadrement et du mentorat en vue d’appuyer les équipes alors qu’elles explorent de véritables problèmes opérationnels, créent des prototypes et testent des solutions auprès des utilisateurs.

L’Accélérateur s’appuie sur le succès des deux premières cohortes du programme Excellence de l’Académie du numérique de l’EFPC. Nous avons procédé à son lancement au printemps 2021 en recrutant des équipes entières et préétablies. Nous planifions actuellement la deuxième cohorte du programme de l’Accélérateur, qui débutera à l’hiver 2022.

<big>Au printemps 2021, l’EFPC a accueilli la première cohorte d’équipes d’accélérateurs dans le cadre d’une expérience d’apprentissage pratique et entièrement virtuelle de 13 semaines. Au total, cinq équipes issues des quatre ministères suivants y ont participé :

• Agence du revenu du Canada (ARC)

• Ministère des Pêches et des Océans (MPO)

• Ministère de la Défense nationale (MDN)

• École de la fonction publique du Canada

Les équipes de cette cohorte se sont concentrées sur les défis et les solutions internes, notamment l’accueil des nouveaux employés, la simplification des processus d’approvisionnement, l’amélioration de l’accès interne aux données, le soutien à la formation et à l’apprentissage des employés, et la prise de décisions opérationnelles à l’aide de données et de renseignements.

Les participants ont travaillé en équipe pour cerner les besoins de leurs utilisateurs, améliorer leurs compétences numériques, explorer les problèmes sous plusieurs angles, trouver différentes pistes de solution, créer des prototypes et faire des essais auprès des utilisateurs. À la fin du programme, les équipes ont présenté leurs solutions à plus de 400 fonctionnaires de tout le pays qui ont participé à la journée de démonstration.
