|As a mentor, I bring over 30 years of leadership experience across federal institutions including CSC, CBSA, and DND/CAF, with a strong focus on strategic leadership, organizational transformation, and crisis management. I am a national champion for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and an Official Languages Champion, recognized for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. My background includes decorated military service with international deployments, deep knowledge of public service values, and a commitment to ethical leadership. I’ve received awards for excellence in people management and have led initiatives that positively impacted staff engagement and morale. My expertise also includes policy innovation, stakeholder engagement, and building partnerships across government sectors. I’m passionate about empowering future leaders, supporting underrepresented groups, fostering inclusive workplaces, guiding career transitions, and promoting resilience in high-stress roles.
