This interactive webinar will give you a sneak peek into the boot camp experience, review the main themes, highlight key sessions and speakers, and help you set personal goals for your career development journey. You’ll also get practical tips to prepare, connect with fellow participants, and start building momentum before the big event.

Whether you're attending for the first time or returning for more, this prep session will set the tone for an inspiring and impactful boot camp!

By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:

1. Describe the purpose and structure of Career Boot Camp 2026
2. Understand key themes that will emerge throughout the sessions and why they are important in this context.
3. Articulate personal goals for participating in the boot camp and how it aligns with their career development.
4. Learn how to begin building connections ahead of the event.
