As Director General for Real Property and Service Integration, Nandini was responsible for the Canada Revenue Agency’s entire office suite portfolio and real property services nation-wide. In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, Nandini was asked to develop a vision and lead CRA’s most horizontal transformation – “The Journey to Hybrid”. Her leadership efforts attained tremendous recognition at the 2023 Canadian HR Awards with CRA winning the Award for Best Remote Work Strategy! She is currently at the CBSA as a DG in the Commercial and Trade Branch – learning all about the intricacies of freely importing and exporting goods and services while keeping Canadians safe.
