Strategically Building Your Learning Plan to Connect to Needs

Description:
You play a crucial part in guiding your learning; your manager is only partially responsible. Learn how to create your own learning roadmap and advocate for support in achieving your learning goals.
Learning Objectives:
After this session, participants will be able to:
- Recognize the importance of mandated learning plan completion and the accompanying discussions
- Create a targeted learning plan for their individual career aspirations
- Identify what is possible and what is likely for learning plan approvals
- Frame the discussion with their manager including justification of learning approval
