The Government of Canada (GoC) is investing in key strategic assets, including in Place du Portage III (PDP3), to provide federal public servants with workplaces that are modern, sustainable, healthy, safe, accessible and collaborative.

The Place du Portage complex was built in the 1970s. As part of planned midlife renewal work, we are doing much-needed renovations, and replacing systems that have reached the end of their useful life.
