Description:
You survived the interview but you’re not done until you get that letter of offer. You still have work to do: references, follow-ups, informal discussions, pools, etc. We’ll talk about using each to your advantage.
Learning Objectives:
After this session, participants will be able to:
- Identify and prepare the best individuals to be their references for a process
- Take action to leverage successfully making a pool or inventory
- Seek feedback and improve for future processes
