Empowering Tomorrow's Leaders Today!

This full day event is designed to enhance leadership skills through a variety of interactive workshops, expert-led discussions, and collaborative networking opportunities. Over the course of the day participants will learn about the fundamental leadership concepts, psychometric assessments, and career planning. The event aims to provide practical insights and tools for aspiring leaders, fostering personal and professional growth.

Objectives:

1. Understand the core competencies and daily responsibilities of leadership
2. Enhance self-awareness through psychometric assessments
3. Learn proactive career planning strategies for future leadership success
4. Gain valuable insights and advice through expert panelists and mentors

Leadership 101: Do You Want to Be a Leader? Description: Explore the fundamentals of leadership, including a day in the life of a manager, key leadership competencies, and government priorities. This session includes a panel discussion where experienced managers will share their daily experiences.
Psychometrics and Self Assessments Description: Learn about emotional intelligence and various psychometric tools, and engage in self-assessment exercises with peers. Discover how self-assessments can enhance your leadership skills and potential.
Career Planning to Be the Leader of the Future Description: Discover leadership development courses, mentoring options, and small steps to build leadership skills, with practical coaching activities. Learn why proactive career planning is essential for becoming a successful leader in the future.
Speed Mentoring: Description: Participate in four 15-minute rounds of speed mentoring with experienced professionals.
