Le’Mar Davis, Human Resource Advisor, The Advancement Center for EDIA, Public Prosecution Service of Canada

Le’Mar Davis was reinspired by the LLMC program following the results of the Black Executive Study within the federal government: “LLMC highlighted the need for leaders like me to inspire other leaders to continue to create positive and motivational change through a restorative and culturally competent lens within mentorship and sponsorship.”

As a decorated military veteran, Le’Mar strongly believes in the power of mentorship and sponsorship, explaining that “sharing wisdom and experiences on top of the education most leaders have will create a more empathetic, culturally competent, and operationally sound organization.”

Le’Mar is also working towards a Ph.D. of Management in Executive and Global Leadership, where he will harness the tools he gained through the LLMC program to “provide leadership development opportunities to existing, new and aspiring leaders as well as providing a mentoring program that will benefit all employment equity deserving groups.”
