Feeling the weight of change? Join the Mindful Change Leadership Development (MCLD) Program to build leadership, resilience, and mindfulness skills that help you navigate uncertainty and support others. Open to all levels and abilities, this free 8-week journey (April to June 2025) includes a practical experience and insights to sharpen focus, enhance clarity, nurture creativity, and foster compassion in service of others.

NMC Peer Coaching Circle Drop-In Session

Join us for an orientation and demonstration of peer coaching circles, and an opportunity to participate in a practice circle.

Curious to see what peer coaching circles (PCC) are all about and how they can support you in your work as a federal manager or supervisor? Feeling isolated and want to connect with your peers? Leading a new project and feeling stuck? Trying to figure out how to have a challenging conversation?

No previous training or experience required for participants! These sessions is reserved for federal Public Service managers and supervisors only. Register now and secure your spot for this one-off

📅 English session : April 29th, 2025 1:00 to 2:15p.m. (ET) | Bilingual session : May 1st, 2025 1:00 to 2:15 p.m. (ET)

There will be the opportunity to sign-up to join a PCC group if you are interested at the close of the session. The next wave of PCC groups will be formed in Summer 2025 and meet September 2025 until June 2026.
