How will you go about letting the whole department know of this new CBC language iniative?
How will you tell the employees that are in the supervisory role positions as well as the employees that in the non-supervisory role position?
If by email, and are sending letter, have you develop letters?
What do you do with your supervisory roles position that are vacant, are you upgrading them to CBC now, or are you waiting till June 20, 2025 date?
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you / Merci 😊
