How will you go about letting the whole department know of this new CBC language iniative? How will you tell the employees that are in the supervisory role positions as well as the employees that are in the non-supervisory role positions? If by email, and are sending letters, have you developed letters?

What do you do with your supervisory roles position that are vacant, are you upgrading them to CBC now, or are you waiting till June 20, 2025 date?
