Looking ahead to 2025-2026, remember that participating in NMC activities, such as Managers Connect events, virtual sessions, peer coaching circles, mentoring sessions, and consultations, can be included in your Learning and Development Plan, Performance Agreement, and Talent Management Plan. Volunteering with the NMC further supports your development and connects you with colleagues across the federal public service.
