Volunteers are re-starting the lunchtime Yoga and Fitness session. You can add this page to your Watchlist to be notified of changes to this page which will eventually include session schedules.

This free yoga and fitness program is offered for free for Government of Canada employees. Appropriate for beginners as well as those with ongoing practice. Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing.

Ce programme de yoga et fitness est offert gratuitement aux employés du gouvernement du Canada. Convient autant aux débutants qu'aux habitués. Il faut apporter son propre tapis de yoga, sa bouteille d'eau et des vêtements confortables.

Classes are currently outside only (weather permitting) in the Commissioner's park across Carling avenue See map below

NRCan no longer leases 560 Rochester Street. An indoor location is being investigated.

NCR – Summer Yoga in the Park

Join a gentle yoga class at Commissioners Park (across Carling Ave.) every Thursday for the months of July and August. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Classes will be available when weather is favourable.
