This free yoga and fitness program is offered for free for Government of Canada employees. Appropriate for beginners as well as those with ongoing practice. Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing. |

NCR BSC Yoga
Join a gentle yoga class.
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. A Yoga block can also be helpful.
