Learning Path for Digital Executives

As a team, we help support the talent management of hundreds of current and aspiring executives in the digital space by providing career coaching and guidance. These leaders make a significant impact on their team and how well their organization performs.

We need to help ensure that our leaders have access to the right tools and resources to improve digital service delivery across government.

What we're building

The learning pathways for digital executives will help to guide the learner’s journey by setting a clear path to reach their individual learning goals. The purpose of the initiative is to produce a learning tool for government of Canada executives in the digital space. This learning product will include courses, mentorship opportunities and other resources to guide learners.
