|Nandini Srikantiah began her career at Nortel Networks where she developed cutting-edge software and soon realized that, alongside the bits and bytes, it was really project management that fueled her. Her professional experience spans 30 years across public, private and academic sectors in Canada and internationally. She has extensive experience spearheading multi-billion dollar complex acquisition projects within DND for the Canadian Army, the Canadian Navy and within the Australian Defence Organization as an Exchange Officer.

As Director General for Real Property and Service Integration, Nandini was responsible for the Canada Revenue Agency’s entire office suite portfolio and real property services nation-wide.  In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, Nandini was asked to develop a vision and lead CRA’s most horizontal transformation – “The Journey to Hybrid”. Her leadership efforts attained tremendous recognition at the 2023 Canadian HR Awards with CRA winning the Award for Best Remote Work Strategy!
