In this role you will manage a team of employees and consultants to develop strategies, products, and services that will enable CAS to leverage data for decision-making and for optimizing the delivery of its services, lead the development and implementation of the    CAS data strategy, including data management, data governance, analytics capability, etc., plan, manage and direct unique and  collaborative economic, socio-economic and/or statistical/analytical research studies and projects in support of the development of policies and programs, provide advice and recommendations based on data-driven evidence/analysis and engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, plan, manage, direct and co-ordinate quantitative analysis or data modelling and provide recommendations. You would also manage the human and financial resources of a  section and manage multi-disciplinary project teams.

As an integral member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our information management and privacy strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our data. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the IM team, overseeing the creation and maintenance of retention schedules and providing guidance for IM best practices to a variety of stakeholders.  This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to details, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.
