Office of Chief Digital Officer (OCDO)
The Office of the Chief Digital Officer (OCDO) supports the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) by managing the CDO’s calendar, correspondence, approvals, and liaising with other executive offices on various taskings and issues. Overall, OCDO ensures that the CDO is well supported so he can lead the Branch in completing high priority taskings, projects, initiatives and fulfilling its mandate.

Strategy, Engagement and Results Division
The Strategy, Engagement and Results Division provides strategic guidance, oversight and branch alignment on digital priorities and plans. The division also manages the branch resources and ensures that branch activities align with CAS priorities.
Service Design Analyst (IT-02)We are seeking motivated and talented designers interested in joining our service design team and working alongside more experienced service designers to improve services we provide to members of the courts and those who appear before them |
Service Designer (IT-03)We are looking for a designer who's interested in help us work with users and apply service design practices to improve services to members of the Courts and Canadians. You will play a pivotal role in designing the end-to-end journey of various services. Your work may involve the creation of, or change to, transactions, products and content across both digital and offline channels provided by different parts of CAS. You will be central to ensuring CAS creates products, solutions and services that are useful, delightful to use, accessible and enable business outcomes. You will leverage various design methods (such as https://methods.18f.gov/ or https://www.ontario.ca/page/service-design-playbook) to produce deliverables and insights to inform the delivery of quality services and digital solutions. |
Business Solutions Division
The Business Solutions Division is responsible for the development and support of business driven solutions. Working closely with the Courts and CAS, they ensure the right solutions are built and following an organized development process.

The Information and Data Management Division enables CAS to make data-driven decisions using Business intelligence. They are responsible for the record and information management of CAS’ valuable assets.

Infrastructure, Cloud and Cybersecurity Division
The Infrastructure, Cloud and Cybersecurity Team is at the core of the support and management of the organization IT infrastructure, supporting various the various systems and technologies.

Technical Advisor, Cloud and Modern Workspace (IT-03) Are you passionate about leveraging cloud technologies and modern workspaces to drive innovation and efficiency? Do you excel in implementing IT solutions? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Technical Advisor specializing in Cloud and Modern Workspace technologies. As a pivotal member of the Courts Administration Service (CAS), you will be involved in designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions and modern workspaces. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving digital transformation and enhancing CAS’s agility and productivity.

Staffing Process
First and foremost, this page is used to encourage at-level public servants (or those qualified in a pool) to come work at CAS through a secondment, deployment or Interchange Canada agreements. GC Free Agents are more than welcomed!

Classification
To accelerate staffing, some of the opportunities listed here are being shared in advance of being formally classified. Meaning that the proposed language profiles, levels and groups - which impact rates of pay - are tentative and may change following the results of a formal classification assessment.
