The PSC will begin its Transition Plan to Hybrid Work this fall. Employees will be required to report to a PSC office at least once a week, with the opportunity to telework the rest of the week, subject to operational requirements. This model offers interesting opportunities to combine the best of our traditions with new approaches to foster a diverse and healthy public service.
A qualified pool of candidates will be established and used to staff positions with various tenures (i.e. indeterminate, term, deployment, acting, assignment and secondment).</big>
