Building a workforce for digital-first delivery

In today’s world, it is crucial for all government employees to improve their overall awareness of digital…to be and think digital, no matter what their job role, everything from administrative support to science researchers, policy developers and front-line service workers, people working to deliver programs and services across all Government of Canada (GC) mandates.

No matter what you do, you touch digital in some way as a GC employee, through program or service delivery and as an end user of digital solutions.
