Sylvie is presently with the Centre Block Rehabilitation Program under the Parliament Precinct Branch with PSPC as a Community Builder Specialist. Her main role is to facilitate the connection of people in the complex world of construction. Previously, she was the Manager of Talent and Performance Management Programs as well as Executive Group Services at Parks Canada. She is a M.Ed. and M.B.A. professional with more than 15 years’ experience in People Management and Change Management. (i.e.: coaching executives and managers on personal and career growth, professional management table effectiveness training, etc.) Her vast HR portfolio also includes managing Official Languages, Youth Employment programs, Employment Equity programs, Learning and Development programs, Leadership and Organisational Effectiveness programs, etc. She is also an experienced and certified facilitator, specializing in psychometric analysis and change management.
