- Work is interdepartmental, collaborative, incremental and iterative
- Effective web content reflects policy and program realities while enabling users to find information and complete tasks effectively.
- Other tactics will be considered: improving metadata and applying structured data to surface content.
Evaluation (Success)
The success of the working group will be determined by performance measures set out by PHAC/HC at the beginning of COVID-19 work.
- For travel, this is mostly:
Capacity to improve task success and findability of travel-related content (measured via moderated and unmoderated testing) in a timely manner
- Building capacity across departments and disciplines to apply user-centred design and mobile first best practices.
