== What is a learning path? ==
A learning path is a set of learning resources on specific subjects that learners complete to gain the skills they desire.
Learners might need to follow a predetermined sequence to complete all courses/modules, or they might have the flexibility to proceed in a sequence of their choosing, depending on the structure of the path.
A learning path can involve courses that use various learning methods, such as in-person, online, group learning and self-paced modalities.<h2>Learning Path for M365 Administration</h2>[[File:MicrosoftLP-image.png|left|frameless|101x101px]]<p>As part of our ongoing commitment to develop digital talent across the Government of Canada, the Digital Talent and Leadership (DTL) team within OCIO has created a [[:en:Digital_Talent/M365_LP|'''learning path aimed at upskilling IT employees in M365 Platform Administration''']]. </p><p>This learning path supports the enterprise’s commitment to attract, develop and retain top IT talent as outlined in the [https://www.canada.ca/en/government/system/digital-government/digital-talent-strategy.html Government of Canada Digital Talent Strategy]. </p><p>This initiative will enhance the skill set of employees, contribute to the overall success of digital teams across the government of Canada, and foster digital talent retention. </p>

<p>As a team, we help support the talent management of hundreds of current and aspiring executives in the digital space by providing career coaching and guidance. These leaders make a significant impact on their team and how well their organization performs.</p>

<p>We need to help ensure that our leaders have access to the right tools and resources to improve digital service delivery across government.</p>
<h3>What we're building</h3>
<p>The learning pathways for digital executives will help to guide the learner’s journey by setting a clear path to reach their individual learning goals. The purpose of the initiative is to produce a learning tool for government of Canada executives in the digital space. This learning product will include courses, mentorship opportunities and other resources to guide learners.</p>

<li><strong>Subjects</strong> - The user is able to choose courses from three subjects depending on their interest and learning needs.</li>

<li><strong>Other resources</strong> - Includes additional resources like videos, articles and mentorship opportunities.</li>
<li>What research should we review to improve the strategy?</li>
<li>What digital skills are important for all digital practitioners to have?</li>
