National Chair, Federal Youth Network[[File:Josh_Frame_Speaker_Bio_Cards.pptx.png|alt=Joshua Frame (He/Him/Il) Joshua started his public service career in Ottawa in the Canada Revenue Agency and has held roles in management, project management, budgeting and service renewal over the last 10 years.  He became the National Chair of the Federal Youth Network (FYN) in November 2016 and has been shaping the FYN to be a driver of innovation, regional engagement and career development.  In March 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Joshua helped to launch the FYN Virtual Learning Series, and was recognized with the Canada School of Public Service’s Award of Excellence in Innovation for this project.|thumb|745x745px]]

She currently based in the National Capital Region located on the traditional unceded, unsurrendered territory of the Anishinaabe Algonquin People.  Krystina's government experience ranges from program and benefit delivery to administrative work, and she is now focusing on policy evaluation of partnerships and transformation initiatives.  Aside from her current role at ESDC, she works as a mental health advisor at FlexGC. At FlexGC she is currently working projects to encourage mental health initiatives in the workplace.|left|742x742px]]

She also leads a lunchtime Wellness Club to promote fitting in activity into the average workday.  In addition to working in science, Holigroski simply loves Winnipeg. She uses social media as a tool to influence her local community to be positive, be a tourist in their own city, and to support local business, theatre, arts, and people. She gave a TEDxWinnipeg talk about the Butterfly Effect of Positivity in January 2018.|left|742x742px]]
