The Target Architecture of these different solutions provide 2 (two) distinct approaches:

* SSC IT Service Management program providing various support models that can be leveraged by the GC community looking for IT Service Management only;

* PSPC & CFIA Service Management program providing alternative approach that may be leveraged by departments looking for integrated service management including those outside of IT Service Management;

* PSPC & CFIA Service Management program (IN-CAMERA session) providing alternative approach that may be leveraged by departments looking for an integrated service management solution which include those outside of IT Service Management;
