The target state architecture includes a Cloud-to-Cloud direct connection solution that could be leveraged by the GC community, providing:
* reduced the unnecessary usage of cloud-to-ground bandwidth;
* more robust, but secured solution;
* simplified, harmonized and streamlined processes.
