|Adds the ability to associate custom wage data with a price year. This facilitates reporting costing information for both the one-for-one rule (in 2012 prices) and the cost-benefit analysis (in any price year up to the current calendar year minus one).  

|New form for defining custom stakeholders and new functionality for better consistency when users switch between French and English interfaces.

Updated wage information based on 2021 data and added wage information as a web query such that new updates in wage information will be automatically loaded into the RCC each time the user checks for a new version of the calculator.
