GC EA is currently working on creating a <u>[https://gccollab.ca/file/view/11381007/discussion-on-initial-draft-of-m365-as-record-management-reference-architecture draft M365 Reference Architecture as a system that manages Information]</u> based on GC EARB presentations by five M365 pathfinders. The draft M365 Reference Architecture was initially presented at the GC EA Community of Practice on Feb 3, 2022 and is currently undergoing further development.</br>
The target state architecture will include user-centric solution that supports the key features in the Information Management lifecyle, some more advanced than others, providing:
* Content Centralization ;
* Live Collaboration;
* Sharing;
* Use Anywhere;
* Content auto-routing, auto-classification;
* Automated life cycle management;
* Standardized / common procedures and processes;
