|<big>Nathalie Proulx is the Director General in the Financial Operations and Procurement Branch at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. She has almost 30 years of experience in the public sector and has experienced major reorganizations and transformations during that time. She is skilled in crisis management, change management, planning and enabling functions (e.g., HR, IM/IT, finance).</big>
