She is on a mission to bring humanity into our workplaces and communities and does this by elevating people and cultivating intentional living. When working on projects, Jodi has a ‘keeping-it-real’ and caring approach while drawing on legislation, jurisprudence, behavioural theories, organizational behaviour research, neuroscience, and systems thinking.
