|  | |Abe joined  the federal public service in 2009 as part of the Post-Secondary Recruitment  program. He’s worked at eight different departments in his 12 year career,  with roles in program management, policy, communications, engagement, human  resources, organizational health, and most recently, change management. | − | | | + | |Jodi is a mom, social justice advocate, Free Agent and founder of heyHUMANTIS, a People & Culture consulting, learning, and coaching social venture. She is on a mission to bring humanity into our workplaces and communities and does this by elevating people and cultivating intentional living. When working on projects, Jodi has a ‘keeping-it-real’ and caring approach while drawing on legislation, jurisprudence, behavioural theories, organizational behaviour research, neuroscience, and systems thinking. She also has created and works with an ‘elevating human potential’ framework, called Intentification, to co-create happy individuals and teams.  |
