The Anti-Racism Ambassadors Network encourages BIPOC (Black, Indigenous,  People of Colour) employees to use this platform to:

* connect with colleagues in other departments and levels.

* informally mentor or be mentored by other BIPOC employees

* find colleagues working on Anti-Racism or Inclusivity and Diversity.

Ally's, networks, committees may use this platform to locate subject matter experts or possible guest speakers for events. BIPOC employees interested informal mentorship consisting of a few emails/calls can use this platform to connect with other BIPOC employees who share their own intersectional lived experiences.
