== Goal of the network ==
Establish the foundations of a public-service-wide data science ecosystem that will allow:
* knowledge and expertise to be shared
* best practices and standards to be established
* data science capacity to be built
* participation by provincial and territorial DS groups
The network will serve its membership through five features:
# Talent management
# Training and learning
# Information sharing
# Collaboration
# Join services
