===Reporting your institution’s top tasks===
Over the last year, DTO has been working with many institutions to pilot top task surveys as a primary means of evaluating the performance of GC web content and services. DTO is now ready to begin implementation across all departmental and agency websites. We are aiming for surveys to be live in January 2021.
To prepare for GC-wide implementation of the survey, we need an updated list of top tasks. Please ask your team to provide your institution’s top tasks for the survey, in both official languages, by November 27, 2020.
