The School is pleased to announce the top two vendors of its Next Generation Digital Learning Environment request for proposals: D2L Brightspace and SAP SuccessFactors.
The next phase of the procurement process will engage public servants in virtually testing the platforms of the two shortlisted vendors. As such, we are seeking volunteers to help assess the capabilities and usability of the top two prototypes based on predesigned user scenarios. It could take two to three hours to complete one scenario, which will need to be repeated for each of the three prototypes.

We are also seeking technical specialists to assess the prototypes for compliance with official languages and accessibility (WCAG 2.0) standards. All scores from the user scenarios will be gathered and combined with the financial submissions to determine the highest-scoring vendor. The winning vendor will be awarded the final contract, and implementation of the new platform will begin.
