Sustainable success means having a process and being uncompromising when it comes to the key performance indicators (KPI's) of progress. Throughout my life I have found myself in a number of environments where being uncompromising or determined is perceived as being "difficult". Goals are goals for a reason. It is a desired end point. If you made a goal and did nothing to attain it, it is like buying a lottery ticket. Your odds are one in 200 million. If you want something. I mean really want something in this life, you have to be committed.
Let's talk about how female high achievers are perceived as difficult. Let's change our personal narrative and find peace and pride in who we are.
