En 2008, elle a été promue au poste de directrice de la stratégie afin d’aider l’entreprise à traverser la période de crise qui touchait alors l’industrie de l’imprimerie. En 2010, elle a été nommée au poste de présidente et en 2014, M<sup>me</sup> Annan est devenue actionnaire d’ITWC. Elle a été nommée au poste de présidente du Conseil d’administration en 2018.
<span style="color: #696969" width=" 100%" height="25%">M<sup>me</sup> Annan est la fondatrice et la présidente de la Canadian Channel Chiefs Council. Elle a siégé pendant dix ans à la Commission ontarienne de l’Association canadienne de la technologie de l’information (maintenant appelée Technation) et est vice-présidente du Conseil national de l’organisme Femmes en communication et technologie (FCT). Elle est également coprésidente de la déclaration Sara-Kirke pour la parité entre les sexes de l’Alliance canadienne pour les technologies avancées (CATA) ainsi que membre du conseil consultatif de la CATA.
