Add navigation to GC Tools

How to navigate to GC Tools from the GCwiki home page? I don't see GC Tools listed in the navigation or in the home page content. I searched the wiki and didn't find any mention of GC Tools. Suggest to add GC Tools to the navigation. Thoughts?
