Il s’attache à s’épanouir sur le plan personnel, à parfaire ses compétences en relations interpersonnelles et en gestion et à aider les autres à faire de même. Carmen Stefan a participé au programme l’an dernier, a coanimé la version anglaise du programme ce printemps et il est ravi de coanimer la version nouveau-né du programme et en se faisant de maîtriser ses compétences orales.

|'''''Carmen Stefan Danner-Wharram''''' travaille dans la fonction publique depuis 2000 et, bien qu'il ait occupé plusieurs postes de direction au fil des ans, il apprécie aujourd'hui pleinement son rôle de traducteur au sein d'ESDC. Il s'engage à évoluer sur le plan personnel et à aider les autres à faire de même, tout en enrichissant ses propres connaissances. Carmen a participé à la première édition du programme et l'a tellement apprécié qu'il co-anime depuis lors les versions anglaises et françaises. Sans la santé, nous ne sommes rien, et pendant tant d’années, l’aspect de la santé mentale a été négligé ou ignoré. Il est temps que cela change, et ce programme est une étape dans cette voie. Les leçons que vous apprendrez ici influenceront tous les aspects de votre vie et auront un effet sur la vie des autres, qui seront témoins de votre évolution.

|'''''Carmen Stefan Danner-Wharram''''' has been with the Public Service for almost 23 years and is currently a Team Leader with the ISSD Branch of ESDC. He is committed to growing personally, developing his interpersonal and managerial skills and helping others to do the same. Carmen participated in the inaugural Program last year, co-facilitated the English version earlier this year and he is excited to be co-facilitating the newly created French version of the Program and further developing his French oral skills in the process.

He is committed to growing personally and helping others to do the same - and learning more in the process. Carmen participated in the inaugural Program and loved it so much he has been co-facilitating the English and French versions ever since. We have nothing without our health, and for so many years the mental health aspect of that equation has been neglected or ignored. It's time to change that and this program is one step on that journey. The lessons you learn here will influence every aspect of your life and that will snowball into others' lives as they witness your growth.
