===Introduction to Work in the Government of Canada: Foundations for Success (course)===

GCMentorGC, an interdepartmental [[:en:Mentorship_Resources/Mentoring_Living_Library|Mentorship Community of Practice]] (CoP) supported by the [[:en:Federal_Youth_Network/Home_ENG|Federal Youth Network (FYN)]], is building an evergreen Master Mentor Database to help GoC professionals connect with experienced employees and leaders. By completing the registration form, you confirm your interest in being contacted for future mentorship opportunities, including participating in events such as upcoming speed-mentoring sessions.

This free course, developed by Apolitical in collaboration with the Federal Youth Network, is designed to help civil servants excel in their careers in the Government of Canada. Whether you manage brand-new civil servants in the Canadian Civil Service, or more experienced civil servants, they’ll be introduced to the knowledge, tools and connections to thrive. By they end of the course, they’ll understand how the government works, as well as being equipped to shape their career and contribute to meaningful change.

The database will be used internally by the CoP and FYN only and will not be publicly shared. Mentors may join or withdraw at any time.
