|I am a Senior Defence Policy Analyst with DND’s Director General of Indigenous Affairs office. Prior to that I was a Free Agent at Transport Canada and Natural Resources Canada from May 2018 to December 2025.
As well, I worked as a Border Officer with Canada Border Services and a Search and Rescue Deckhand with the Canadian Coast Guard in the Pacific Region. In addition I previously owned my own wildfire contracting company and was a firefighter in my community for five years.
I have a bachelor of education degree along with many other operational certificates.
I am married with four adult children, two grand-daughters, and love to travel, fish, hike, and golf. I am located in Comox, BC on Vancouver Island and I come from the Cape Mudge Village on Quadra Island, BC and a member of the We Wai Kai Nation.
