== Welcome to Materiel Management ==
Materiel Management within MAMD supports ISC and CIRNAC by overseeing the full life-cycle management of movable assets. Our role is to provide departmental policy instruments, tools, and guidance that help employees plan, acquire, operate, maintain, and dispose of materiel in a way that enables the effective delivery of programs and services to Canadians.
We ensure that materiel is managed responsibly, efficiently, and in accordance with federal legislation, policies, and best practices while achieving best value for the Crown and supporting stewardship across the department.
