The Canadian Innovation Centre for Mental Health in the Workplace is proud to welcome '''Tara Adams''' to deliver the '''Leader Conversations''' session.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming how we work, and managers are leading the way in shaping its responsible use. In our ''May NMC Monthly Check-In question'', managers identified '''''Understanding and leveraging AI tools''''' as one of the '''top leadership topics to develop'''.

As conversations about mental health become more common both in general and at work, leaders face the challenge of reducing stigma, modeling positive behaviours and creating psychologically safe environments. This need is urgent as research shows that employers, leaders, and employees are all experiencing increased rates of declining mental health in the workplace.

Join us for an engaging session on the responsible use of generative AI in the federal public service. Based on the Government of Canada’s guidance, this session will explore how to balance innovation with accountability, transparency, privacy, and risk management.

This session offers best practices for people leaders to facilitate both team and one-on-one conversations that build trust, empathy and psychological safety.
