*The awards are open to public servants working in the Government of Canada.
* The Award is open to employees of institutions under the Access to Information Act (ATI) and the Privacy Act (PA).
*Nominees must have been public servants at any point during the 2023 to 2025 fiscal years. (April 2023 to March 2025)
*Nominees must have been employed in fiscal years 2023-2024 or 2024-2025.
*Team nominations may include members from several Government of Canada institutions. Teams must not exceed 15 individuals.
