The Award is in memoriam of Judy Booth - to recognize her embodiment of excellence in government services. Her innovative ideas, unwavering commitment, and pioneering work in privacy set her apart. While Booth retired from the National Capital Commission, she was still assisting in the Access to Information and Privacy Office.
