DTBEN recognizes that in their day jobs, many of members may directly and indirectly work on files/initiatives that have an impact on the lived experiences of Black Defence Team Members (e.g., staffing, informal conflict resolution, career coaching, anti-racism, etc.). DTBEN will provide a sounding board and support system for these members as needed.
