Director Learning Division (CRA) and Brian Enright – Director Business Transformation Office (ESDC) have amassed together years of working in Learning (Private Sector, Public Sector and Academia). They bring a wealth of insight and experience to their current roles in some of the largest government organizations. Each of these directors has demonstrated exceptional skill in navigating and shaping complex learning ecosystems, making significant contributions to the advancement of learning, training and educational practices.  They have between them transformed numerous learning environments, fostered a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, led multiple large-scale learning initiatives, and bring a unique perspective to pushing innovative learning solutions to bridge the gap between learning and modern workforce needs.  

With a career spanning academia, industry, and public service, Ruth is a strategic thought leader in Learning and Development, shaping the future of workforce capability and organizational growth. Known for bringing a visionary approach to building complex learning ecosystems that drive at a culture of continuous improvement.  She thrives at the intersection of strategy and innovation, having led multiple large-scale learning initiatives. Passionate about empowering growth, she often reminds others that failing to invest in people isn’t a cost-saving strategy—it’s a skills-losing one.  Ruth is currently the Director of the Learning Division at CRA.
