| |Drawing on her diverse experience within various ministries, such as Environment Canada, Social Development Canada, Service Canada, National Defence, Health Canada, and the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC), at regional and national levels, Stella Mylonakis has acquired a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to adapt to various contexts. From operational roles to corporate functions, through planning, policies, corporate services, and program management, she has held various positions over the years. Currently, as the Manager of the Litigation Management Unit for the Human Resources Management Sector at CSC, she oversees civil claims, human rights complaints including mediations and conciliations, human rights complaints referred to the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, workers' compensation claims referred to Tribunal, and class actions. Since 2007, she has had the privilege of leading teams and seeing them grow and succeed earning them national and international recognition.
