<big>The Lifting as you Lead Mentoring Circles Program is open to all members of the Federal Public Service and we welcome you to apply to participate in the 4th cohort of the LLMC program. This ten-week program, consisting of five required Circle sessions and five optional Masterclasses, is an opportunity to network and learn more about what you, as an individual, can do to move the federal public service towards a more inclusive and diverse environment.</big>

<big>LLMC is a people-powered movement and answers the Clerk’s Call to Action. Through this lens, the LLMC program provides members with an innovative space and opportunity to actively participate in making our workplaces inclusive and building their leadership skills.</big>
